Our Mission
We are a civic Jewish organization of Montclair that concerns itself with issues of Jewish interest, acting as a nexus for our community in fighting anti-Jewish bias, promoting Jewish social, cultural, and civic contributions to society, and fostering relationships with the greater Montclair community. Our guiding values promote pluralism, unity, human dignity, along with equal and civil rights.

Advocacy
The Advocacy Committee is responsible for evaluating situation that have led or may lead to antisemitic actions.

Community Relations
The Community Relations Community is responsible for outreach with the Montclair community, organizing and attending community events, and sponsorship opportunities.

Programming
The Programming Committee is responsible for events that can connect MJCRC membership to one another and events that can open MJCRC to the Montclair community.

School/Education Committee
The School/Education Committee will serve as a confidential resource to students and families experiencing antisemitism in schools through providing information.
